WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an International Customer Support Specialist, you will provide world class service to international customers and support our international subsidiaries on all requests and purchase orders.

The International Customer Support Specialist will have a direct impact on our CPI-Cummins Allison group, responsible for:

· Ensuring accurate and timely order entry for customer purchase orders.

· Manages daily international order activity with customers, partners, warehouse staff and finance team to ensure on time delivery.

· Allocate orders daily based upon product availability by monitoring reports available in ERP system.

· Handle incoming customer email requests.

· Process all credit memos and returns.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You will bring to this role excellent customer service with demonstrated success in a manufacturing environment. You must have a proven track record of the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Associates degree in Business or related field preferred

· 1-2 years in customer service and order entry in a manufacturing environment

· Experience in providing over-the-phone support

· Excellent computer skills and proficient with MS Office applications
