WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Quality Technician in our Williston, South Carolina facility, your objectives are to improve the cost-effectiveness of the production processes, monitor output efficiency, and ensure that products are market ready.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the quality of materials and finished products entering and leaving the production plant to ensure they are in optimal condition

  • Inspecting raw materials, such as plastics or metals to ensure they meet specifications for the shape, size, and quality of the finished product

  • Testing finished products and raw materials for compliance with industry specifications and standards

  • Inspecting production equipment and machinery to ensure they are operating efficiently

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the production process runs smoothly

  • Participating in development projects and research to enhance the manufacturing process for new products

  • Ensure that the production facilities are always safe and clean

  • Using software to monitor production data, such as the quantity produced and materials used

  • Creating documents to educate machine operators and managers about proper manufacturing procedures

  • Performing audits and writing recommendations and reports on the result

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in testing, audits, and inspecting

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Familiarity with basic computer programs for record keeping
